Copia Resources believes in order to be a premier vendor partner for ancillary services we need to maintain a standard of excellence in knowledge, expertise and services that make it possible to help address and solve any issues that arise for our clients. We work with our clients to implement optimized waste and recycling servicing schedules and volume levels.

Copia can service a property anywhere from 3-5 days per week

No, we are not the hauler. The goal of Copia is to bridge the gap between properties and haulers. Haulers want reduced trash volume and increased uncontaminated recycling. Unfortunately, very few properties are able to achieve this. That is where Copia comes in. This is the gap that our teams connect–reduce trash and increase recycling.

Copia Resources can begin servicing a property within 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the property and the steps need to be started with the haulers. We handle every aspect of the execution possible to ensure a hassle-free process for our clients.

In most instances we only require a 30-day notice for termination of our services. Copia believes in earning and keeping a client’s business. We understand that clients are won and kept by maintaining the highest level of service, integrity and trust.

Our odor control units use no spray or chemicals to mask unfavorable scents; instead they harness green technology to provide the most effective, immediate and permanent solutions. The devices we use are proven to kill 99.99% of both viruses and bacteria in the air, including Covid-19.
