Copia Resources SMS Notification Program

Copia Resources sends automated SMS messages to clients to support ongoing service operations. Messages include reports, service completion notifications, and on-site arrival alerts depending on clients needs.

How Consent Is Collected

Clients enroll in SMS notifications either during the service onboarding process or by request. Upon agreeing to receive messages, the client is sent a written confirmation containing the following disclosure:

“You are now enrolled to receive SMS notifications from Copia Resources. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.”

Consent records are documented and retained on file.
